Chalet in the village, ski in, ski out 150m for 3 valleys

The apartment was in nice area and we felt safe and secure since had gated entrance for walking and parking into the complex. Parking was nice in covered area and did not have to park on street. We are giving a 4 rating vs 5 since older apartment and had some small maintenance issues and could use some upgrades. Also should have provided more staple goods such as toilet paper and paper towels. Overall our stay was good and size was great for our 4 night stay for two adults.

Chalet spacieux, le coin "ski room" est parfait pour tout laisser en bas et que tout soit sec pour le lendemain ! Etienne est dispo, de bons conseils et à été très discret toute la semaine. Literie confortable et chalet propre. Je recommande. Merci !

Super chalet bien situé à proximité des pistes! L’espace cuisine et salon est très grand et parfait pour se retrouver tous ensemble. Nous avons apprécié les conseils d’Étienne qui est un excellent hôte! Je ne peux que recommander ce chalet :)

Déjà satisfait de notre premier séjour chez Mr Descamps, nous avons remis ça cette année. Les vacances se sont à nouveau très bien passées dans le chalet. Nous avons encore apprécié son emplacement et les équipements intérieurs. Merci à nouveau Etienne pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité! On dit jamais 2 sans 3 donc qui sait peut être à l’année prochaine!

Excellent séjour Chalet tres bien equipé, aménagé avec soin et très fonctionnel. Beaucoup d espace pour un groupe de 10 adultes. Le poêle est un vrai plus. Endroit à recommander

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Etienne et avons passé un très bon séjour dans son chalet, au calme. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et le confort était tel qu'il nous avait été présenté. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu découvrir la vallée l'été.

What a great week we've just had in Les Menuires thanks to the lovely owner Etienne. The communication (in English) prior to arrival was exceptionally helpful as was the welcome when we arrived. The pictures describe the chalet well and we wanted for nothing. A fabulous location to ski from each day, taking less than 15 min by car to get the children to ski school at 9am each morning in Val Thorens (no snow in Les Menuires at this late point in the year and a particularly bad snow year for the region). We could not fault this property which really comes down to the friendliness of Etienne and his ability to make us feel entirely at home. Thank you so much!
