Chalet individuel avec terrasse et jardin privé, proximité du lac d'Annecy

I had a very enjoyable stay in this neat vacation house with a large garden in a quiet neighbourhood set in the beautiful mountains near Thones. The house was fully equipped, clean and had a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. The landlady was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Le chalet de Véronique est très bien situé, proche des stations de ski et d'Annecy, dans un village où l'on trouve ce qu'il faut a proximité (commerces, services, etc). Le chalet est cosy, confortable et très bien équipé pour profiter de son séjour aussi bien en hiver qu'en été. Véronique est disponible, à l'écoute et pleine de bons conseils sur les alentours. Séjour très agréable. Nous n'hésiterons pas a renouveler notre expérience.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce petit chalet pdt 1 semaine et l'avons trouvé très fonctionnel et agréable. Il est très propre et bien équipé, ce qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La literie est très correct mais ramenez peut être votre oreiller, si vous êtes sensible sur ce point. Le chalet est légèrement sombre mais son emplacement est vraiment top et calme, à proximité de plusieurs villes et belles promenades. Véronique a été très accueillante et nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses à découvrir 😊. Nous recommandons !

Compact and set in a tranquil area. Everything you need is here. Good internet. Thones a few minutes walk and a pleasant center , traditional , and minus tourist bustle. Close by are the high passes and beautiful ski villages. The chalet is in spacious grounds , ample parking . A great place to holiday without the usual hassle of the better known alpine honey pots.

We are a family from the UK with two young boys and stayed at this property for the February half term break. Through Google translate, the landlady was communicative and prompt in responding. The apartment was spotless and modern, and a lovely location. Superb heating and lovely hot water. On some mornings it snowed gently, on other days it was warm enough for non-skiers to hang out in the garden and enjoy the views. The location is situated in a lovely, quiet, green suburb of the Alpine town of Thones, small enough to be charming and with splendid views, but with all conveniences within a couple of minutes drive - unlike staying in many resorts. There is a fantastic collection of ski areas (alpine, nordic, touring) in the general area within 30-minutes drive away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this clean, conveniently-located and modern chalet; it was just what we needed and we would recommend it to future tenants.

The chalet is very modern and clean. We loved the patio and peaceful garden to relax in after a day of walking in the Alps. The owner Mme Plan kept in touch with us throughout the booking process and was very pleasant and helpful on arrival. It is easy to walk into Thones, which has everything you need including a good market every Saturday.
