No address was given, just a poorly drawn diagram (not even actual map with road names) of where we had to go, so then in the dark we had to drive round until we found a house that looked like the pictures. the staff could have given us the key code and post code over an email, and I can only assume they wanted us to come in and pay a deposit. later in ...
