😊: Lovely surroundings, well-placed for access to the area and local amenities. The facilities all worked well. We liked the space given to nature in the garden. Communications with the owner were clear and timely. 😢: The rooms on the lower floor were a little damp when we arrived, though this improved with use and they did remain cool in the hot weather. The edges of the metal stairs to the mezzanine struck us as potentially hazardous so we created a barrier alongside them to reduce the risk of walking into them.
