CHALET LES ECUREUILS 3 - ACCUEIL 8 PERSONNES

We had a wonderful time at Barcelonnette, the chalet was exactly as described and our host were kind and helpful. No issues with privacy, as it felt like we had everything for ourselves. Thank you, we hope to see you again!

Serge and Francois have created a little paradise in Barcelonnette. The property gardens and pool area and immaculate. You wouldn’t have a clue that the owners are around as they are very discreet. The walk into town is about 20 minutes. My youngest is 10 and we did this most nights and was easy. A safe river path no cars most of the way. Plenty to do in a around the area. From rafting and walk boarding at the lac in Jausiers. We had a great time and the property is excellent value for money. Great for older kids and teenagers as a mix of lazy pool days and activities. We flew into Turin and although a 3 hour drive the roads are great and clear. Our eldest 2 bussed from nice where they were already and it was cheap and reliable for them to reach us. Great family stay. Loads of room in property with 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 bigger kids. Would definitely return with all the crew.

We had a great week staying at the property. There is plenty of space inside the apartment and a huge amount outside. We are a family of 6 with boys aged 6-12 and at no point did we feel the space was too small. Some people have commented on the fact the owners live in the remainder of the chalet but they were completely unobtrusive and left us to our own means for the week. The pool was a great size and what we really enjoyed was the traffic free cycle into the town alongside the river. We would have no hesitation in returning again.

Très beau gîte, bien équipé, à l’écart de la ville avec une très belle vue sur le chapeau de gendarme et de très belles randonnées à faire dans les environs.

Propriétaires irréprochables d'une grande gentillesse et prestations parfaites. Région exceptionnelle pour qui aime se perdre en montagne sans prendre de risque... Beaux souvenirs garantis !

L’appartement est très bien équipé, la vue sur le chapeau du gendarme et le pain de sucre est un plus, ainsi que le jardin où nous avons pu passer d’agréable moments pour déjeuner ou jouer au badmington. Une mention spéciale pour nos hotes qui étaient très accueillants.

Tout était vraiment parfait, l'accueil et la gentillesse de la propriétaire, c'est comme à la maison. La fonctionnalité du chalet, la propreté, les lits fait à l'arrivée, la déco, l'environnement. Que du bonheur, pour passer un très bon moment, un grand merci aux propriétaires.

We had a great week with our group of 6. With a little help of very nice weather it was a great week of cycling across the cols and around Lac de Serre Poncon. The hosts provided us with a very warm welcome and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended.
