😊: Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Fortunately the proprietor allowed us to store our bikes at the property.. 😢: Location was noisy with busy roads on both sides of the property. Bikes are essential for getting around the city.

😊: The apartment is so beautiful. It is also spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The host, Monique, was responsive and friendly.. 😢: There was quite a pungent smell of eggs coming from an external covered drain which frequently wafted into the house when the windows are open..

😊: The location was perfect for us and only a short downhill walk into the town (for those not wanting to walk there is a bus that stops right by the apartment) The apartment was beautifully spacious and spotlessly clean. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The washing machine/tumble dryer and airer in the basement were a bonus, as we were travelling with very little luggage. If we ever visit Aix-les-Bains again we’d 100% return to this apartment.. 😢: Nothing to not like..

😊: House is clean, comfortable, spacious, beside bus stop to town centre or train station. Taxi cost us €8 for 4 people from train station. Bus link from train station to the lake beach. Bus will take coins or card, €1.60 to station and again to beach. 10min walk to town centre and restaurants or exquisite dining in the restaurant next door. Hosts are easily contactable and very helpful, lovely couple.. Will definitely be back 👍. 😢: Nothing to be honest, hosts were wonderful.. weather was very hot when we were there, all rooms had fans, no a/c. The town is built into the hill, some walking routes are very steep, there are easier options but to be expected in an alpine region ⛰️.
