Chalet moderne situé au centre, wifi, bain à remous et feu de bois

Lift to the Pleney was 5 minute walk and if that’s too much you can hire lockers for your ski gear which we did (with 5 kids we felt it easier). The chalet is plentiful, clean and has everything at your doorstep, even the bakery within 7 min walk at 6:30 for fresh pastries. Will definitely be back - massive thanks Matt, we had the time of our lives!

Chalet was ideal for our party of six adults and three children. Fantastically well equipped and hot tub was a great bonus. There is loads of information about the area and discounts for ski equipment and lift passes

We stayed in this chalet in March 2023. On arrival we received a welcome hamper which was really nice and appreciated! The chalet had everything we needed as a group of adults including large and well equipped kitchen / dining table and a decent sized sitting area, 4 x decent sized double/twin bedrooms (they can set up as you wish), 3 good bathrooms (1 is ensuite), boot room utility room. I have to say the beds were very comfy :) In addition there's also a reduced height attic bedroom (accessed via a ladder) separate small toilet and shower room (these spaces are fine but compromised on space) I would say the villa suits up to 8 people (any more you would be quite cramped). There is also a small garden and hot tub outside which was really nice (although not much privacy - could do with a fence or some trees :)) In terms of location, the villa is on a main(ish) road but once inside it's super quiet and cosy. You can walk to the town centre in about 5 minutes and probably a 5 minute walk to the Morzine lift and a 7 minute walk to the Avoriaz lift. The bus to Avoriaz is also about 5 mins by foot. We weren't super lucky with the snow but I think in peak season you would be able to ski closer to door on the Morzine side which would mean a reduced walk. Morzine itself is lovely with plenty to do and lots of nice eateries and drinkeries. Matt the host was really great and his level of communication was brilliant throughout - can't fault him :) Would stay again!

Four really good bedrooms and bathrooms, fifth bedroom up very steep staircase with low ceiling. Location could not have been better less than 5 min walk to lifts, town and plentiful bars and restaurants. Doorstep skis great service for ski rentals and rented lockers at lift for storage Lovely views in all directions and balconies. Nice and warm with plenty of hot water Hot tub really good, enjoyed by all Living area smaller than expected and certainly for more than 8 adults it would have been very tight We arranged separate outside catering (fresh community) which was truly excellent for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner The property owner and manger were super responsive and really flexible All things considered at the price this is a 5* property

We have stayed in this chalet for the past two years for our stay in Morzine. We love the location and the villa is such a good size for plenty of people. The garden is an absolute bonus - perfect when you have little ones. Matt the owner is so helpful and we can't recommend this chalet enough

A great stay in Morzine. Chalet is perfectly situated and just a 5 minute walk to Pleney cable cars and town centre. Doorstep ski's (as recommended by Matthew) came to the chalet and kitted us out with our ski and board hire. We rented a locker for the week at Pleney to lock all our skis and boards away which made things much easier as we just had to get up each morning and walk to the slopes instead of having to carry all the skis etc. The chalet had absolutely everything which we could have ever thought of and was perfectly sized for the 7 of us. I would have no hesitation in returning to Morzine again and would definately stay in Chalet Roc as I wouldnt look anywhere else

Chalet Roc lived up to our expectations ! It is exactly as you see it on the photos! We were a party of 8 adults and it was just the right size! Very cozy modern chalet in an ideal location - you do not need a car if you want to stay in Morzine itself! The chalet contains more than enough glasses, crockery ,cutlery etc!! We only used 4 bedrooms and all of these have got the use of a bathroom/shower - one is ensuite and the others are just a couple of steps away from the bedrooms! The fifth bedroom is up in the very top of the chalet - but the space is very height restricted and I would not think it is suitable for adults! There is no bathroom near to it and It's also accessed by a steep open staircase! This is not a criticism by any means as we couldn't have asked for a better base for our holiday!!
