We had a great week. The chalet is really close to the lifts which take you up to the La plagne ski area but you can also really easily cross to Les arcs. Montchavin is low so I don’t think the nursery slope in front of the chalet is often open but when it is you could ski almost to the door! Village is small but has a few restaurants (including the one run by the host - La bovate- which had delicious food!), small supermarket, bakery and ski hire places - everything you need unless you need nightclubs! Chalet really spacious and well equipped- including boot heaters which I wasn’t expecting. We hope to go back again.

Un gite très bien équipé dans une ancienne bergerie qui a gardé son âme, ou chaque chambre a le luxe d'avoir sa salle de bains, un grand calme malgré le fait d'être au dessus d'un restaurant, une vue magnifique sur la montagne et le départ des parapentes : vacances au top!!
