😊: Quirky decor and design.. 😢: Lots of light-bulbs were blown and not working. Could really have done with a good deep-clean and a lick of paint, as it was a bit shabby and dusty. Very sketchy part of town, and Nancy is not the most pleasant of cities. Not great for the money..
