😊: Decent property. Good space.. 😢: The owner made me wait 60 mins outside for the code. They place smells a bit. Got used to it after few hours. The tap in washroom was broken..

😢: That place was the dirtiest and most dangerous place I have been in. I was attacked by a stranger inside the premises and had to be hospitalised. That place was super dirty. Dirty sheets, no towels, nothing and apparently it was used for shady purposes..

😊: I appreciated the location, especially the yummy kebab nearby, and the kitchen as a space. I appreciated the presence of coffee pods and a coffee machine for my morning coffee.. 😢: Cleanliness. I'm not even sure the towels or sheets were washed. They didn't smell like they were. I think more could be done in terms of cleanliness to enhance the rating of the property..
