Tip: een kleine attentie bij aankomst, bv flesje wijn of een kleine snack doet het altijd goed.<br>#128577; Buiten had het toch nog wel een opknapbeurt nodig. De verwarming zou ontlucht kunnen worden, zodat je hem snachts niet hoort als hij aanslaat.
