I was under the impression that the room would be on the same floor as the kitchen, but I later discovered that the kitchen/dining area is located in the basement, while my assigned room was on the second floor. The bedsheets provided were not as advertised. On arrival, I found a dark-coloured bedsheet, which made it difficult to tell if it was clean. As a result, I couldn’t sleep the first night. A white bedsheet (not for the duvet covers) was only provided the following day upon request. The bathroom window could not be opened, as the hinges were faulty. The cooker in the kitchen was unusable; I was informed that only the oven and microwave could be used. The window blind could not be rolled down, and there was no clearly written information guide provided. Lastly, there was no WiFi available, despite it being listed as one of the amenities..
