Chanzy Immo

😊: The location and the possibility to park safely the bicycles.. 😢: nothing.

😊: Conveniently placed between the city center and the train station it made it very easy for us pedestrians. It was very hot because of the heatwave but with the fan it made it bearable. The kitchen is fully equipped so it’s great if you don’t want to eat out and cook.. 😢: We got lucky the apartment was ready earlier so we could check in before the normal check in scheduled from 5pm which is a bit late to my opinion. I had no problem with the bed but my partner on the other side had a ditch in the mattress which caused him a bit of soreness on the shoulder..

😊: Very good. 😢: Thanks so much.

😊: - Clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment - Well-equipped kitchen and good bathroom - Choice of pillows provided - Convenient checkout time (1 pm) - Host allowed us to check in about 2 hours early, which we appreciated Will definitely be choosing here again for our next stay at Rochefort. 😢: - Many house rules are only revealed after booking - Glass bottle waste is not allowed in the apartment, but no information is provided about where to dispose of it - The water heater is set extreme high; turning the tap the wrong way can easily burn your hand - Host’s phone number was invalid and messages were not answered, which is concerning in case of emergency - There was white hair (possibly from pets) on the bed sheets, and our question about whether the sheets had been changed was not answered.
