Chapelle du 18ème rénovée, clim, piscine couverte, 5 mn CANAL du MIDI

This property has a luxurious feel to it:because it's a converted chapel the ceilings are lovely and high and the living space has a nice open feel to it with lots of different sitting areas with high quality furniture and a high quality kitchen to match. The standard and quality of the bathrooms and bedding were also excellent as was the standard of cleanliness. The garden is lovely and beautifully planted and the pool is small but very new, tiled with lovely mosaic tiles and extremely clean. Our teenagers had a great time playing in it. We would definitely recommend it to others although we would probably just mention the fact that the train runs close by and trains are visible when passing. But this is only now and then and we didn't find this a problem. The property is just outside Beziers and because it was very hot when we visited (early August) you might well not feel walking in is an option. Because it is outside of the town, if you want to shop for food, you'll need to use a car and either drive into Beziers or to the nearby supermarket and boulangerie at Colombiers which is only a 5 minute drive. The property managers (the owner's son and a friend) were absolutely lovely and very helpful. All in all we would highly recommend this and have only given it 4 instead of 5 stars because of its location.
