Character House with Pool and Jacuzzi

Super weekend en famille dans cette magnifique propriété. La qualité des équipements de la maison et de ses extérieurs jardin et piscine sont top, sans oublier la gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires.

Maison de ville qui cache un bien joli trésor ! Jacques est très accueillant, disponible et arrangeant. Escapade le temps d'un week-end pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le charme de cette maison. Déco originale et soignée, literie au top, tout est spacieux et confortable. un extérieur magnifique, aussi bien la piscine que le petit salon qui lui fait face. Nous reviendrons avec certitude et recommandons vivement cette belle demeure !

We had a really lovely two weeks at this property in August, it was more spacious than we thought it would be, the bedrooms were big, bright and airy. The outside space was much bigger than we thought, our children absolutely loved having the swings to play on as well as the really lovely pool which gets the sun pretty much all day into evening. Next to the pool, is actually a pool house with seating, a football table and a disco light! We loved sitting up there in the evenings with all the lights on surrounding the garden and pool. Also, not pictured, was a large shade sail - this was absolutely brilliant for the kids and baby as created much needed shade on the patio area. We were very surprised to find a hot tub outside shower room and little gym as well! The kitchen was very well equipped although we felt a BBQ would have been a great addition to outside- there is a gas fired grill plate however. The town itself was very quiet, not many shops were open but there was a super market less than 5 mins drive away and much bigger ones 15 mins away in chateaubriand. Sadly no restaurants to eat out in but you can get takeaway pizza and kebabs and there was a small cafe open intermittently. Every Thursday there was a small market which served excellent produce including fish. The town is situated perfectly to get out and about on the main route down to Angers- Terra Botanica is a must with children and adults alike- very beautiful and relaxing! There is a lake literally down the road from the property where you can swim and hire out kayaks and paddle boards as well as have an inflatable obstacle course! The property host was very friendly and helpful and when wasn’t available he had an extremely helpful contact where nothing was too much problem at all. All in all, we had a great time and was just what we needed as a family of 5 with three children under the age of six ( the tv had Netflix and Disney + accessible for those times of need !!!) the grandparents loved the shady trees to relax under and the rest of the family who came were also happy with everything there was in offer! Très bon séjour en famille. Décoration de Noël prise en charge par le propriétaire !

Séjour entre amis. Maison très agréable pour ce rassemblement. Grande et équipée. Nous avons tous passé un séjour parfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison correspond exactement aux critères rechercher pour un week-end entre amis. L'accueil de Jacques et Christèle est parfait. Nous avons été chanceux sur la météo et nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs.
