😊: -. 😢: I struggled to find the right word: a hole or a dump. This was a catastrophic experience. From the very beginning, communication was unbearable (and yes, in French — what else would you expect when renting in an international service?). Then came the check-in disaster. You’re told it’s available from 4:00 PM, only to find out — standing at the entrance — that you need to walk two blocks to pick up the keys, crouching on the ground trying to figure out random lockboxes near a bike parking area. It’s absolute chaos. But the real shock comes when you finally see the place. It has nothing to do with the photos. No window. No natural light. No ventilation. Dirty, dusty, and completely neglected. The bed? Worse than in the cheapest, lowest-end hostel. No hairdryer, no shower gel — nothing. This is not an apartment, it’s a dump worse than a hostel. Dirty towels, zero basic amenities. Even the cookware is in terrible condition with peeling coating. And the host? Zero care, zero empathy. I reported what was missing and what was critical — and got absolutely no real response. I genuinely don’t understand why or how people run a business like this. Sleeping is impossible: noisy neighbors, constant door slamming. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever. How this place gets anything above a 1-star rating at €80 per night is beyond me. I truly hope no one else has to go through this..
