Charité 3 - Love Room Spa - Place Bellecour

😊: Nothing. 😢: Very dirty apartment. The sofà broken an full of dirty spot. Stars very dangerous and one step broken. The room really in a cave, with a disgusting smell of umidity Very dirty Aldo under the bed. Pillows terrible. But the worst thing was the total lack of assistance from the host. The Wi-Fi didn't work, nor did the TV. There wasn't even a phone reception inside the house, so you were cut off from the rest of the world. I contacted the host several times, via the booking chat, their phone number, and WhatsApp. They never responded. This was a real problem for me because I needed a taxi to call me because I had to leave for the airport at 4:30 in the morning, so I had to wait in the street. A real inconvenience. Terrible accommodation, avoid it!.
