Charm Attitude building with swimming pool 5 very close Beaune

Very charming house with really relevant spaces for a family week-end, the host gave us a warm welcoming. We had a really good time and recommand this place for sure !

House was very nice with great amenities! Plenty of space for our party of 10 and an awesome large dining table that sat us all! The host was available to help with anything we needed. It was a great experience!

Beautiful villa, great location, close to Beaune. Lots of room and very well stocked. Florence was a pleasure to work with!

It was great stay and the Pool and House was very clean but the landlords are living right next to us but Never complaint. The only complaint about Noise came by the mayor. The vibe of Freedom was Limited by the landlords living Next to us.

Just perfect . Florence is a wonderful guest, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Owner Florence was delightful. My extended family of a range of ages (aged 3 years to 63 years) had a fabulous week. Beautiful house in a very pretty, quiet village close to Beaune. Spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms all tastefully decorated throughout. Great kitchen and dining room for large family dinners and lovely outside dining area too. Pool was spotlessly clean and great size for all ages for fun activities and swimming. Tea and coffee available but with check in on a Sunday one needs to be prepared in taking essentials e.g. fresh milk, bread and a few basics as no shop in village - nearby supermarket is a few km away but closes 12:30 Sunday.

Florence our host was very responsive and accommodating , allowing a late check in and helpful advice about the area. Accommodation was really large and all ensuites a good set up. Property generally is good and could be great with a bit more attention . Some of household items and furniture could use updating , others are state of the art.

What can I say? This property surpassed our expectations-everything about it was perfect-the rooms, the quiet country location, the proximity to Beaune, the hostess, and the pool. The room set-up was particularly well suited to our big group of 10-each room had a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The stone walls of the country house are so thick that you do not hear any noises in the house which provides alot of privacy. AND, those walls keep the house very cool and comfortable even though we were there during a heat wave. Highly recommend to anyone!
