Charmant 2 pieces colline niçoise

Un logement moderne, convivial, propre, tranquille et ergonomique. Une gérante charmante même si on l'a voit peu. Le seul bémol est l'accessibilité car la maison est perchée sur les hauteurs de Nice avec un accès par la route un peu cahoteux, mais çà reste praticable, je "chipote".

Très beau appartement aménagé avec goût et au moderne au sein du belle villa. Rien ne manque et on se sent chez soi ! MAGNIFIQUE terrasse fleurie avec superbe vue sur colline nicoise et méditerranée. Merci beaucoup pour vos petites attentions ! Cordialement

Excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé. La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec une belle vue. La propriétaire donne les renseignements nécessaires. Je conseille !

The apartment was very new, very well equipped. The wonderful view was outstanding. We were very nicely received by Isabelle and had a really wonderful holiday. Everything was perfect, we could relax well.

All you need to relax and enjoy a phenomenal view of the coast. Clean and modern place with inside property parking. Book as soon as you can, this property cannot stay vacant Thank you Isabell and Gerard

The property is modern and has everything you need with off road parking. Everything is neat, new, well kept and tidy and the owners are very friendly. It is ideal for 2 people but there is a pull out bed in the lounge if needed.There is a view out to the airport and the sea in the distance. There is a tram stop about 3 km down the hill towards Nice where you can park for free if you buy a return ticket ( 4 Euros). The ticket allows you to exit the parking. It takes about 20 minutes to the centre of Nice and about 25 to the SNCF station if you want to go further. Trams every 10 minutes. The road up to the property is very winding and narrow and requires some care.

Very nice place and owners. The apartment is pretty new with high quality interior. We very much loved it and would surely come again.

Very beautiful place. Very chic, modern style spacious apartment with a great view over Nice to the sea. (Be aware that the road leading up to the house is narrow with lots of tight switchbacks, but just consider it part of the adventure!)
