😊: Instructions were given before hand in plenty of detail with photos also.

😊: The location. Right in the middle of all the actions. Just a few minutes to the beach.. 😢: It is on level 5 ( 4th floor) with steep and dark staircase. Horrible if you have luggage..

😊: Location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and near lots of restaurants and night life. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for our base in Nice for three days. Dish soap and laundry detergent were provided, along with a coffee machine and some pods.. 😢: The property is up four flights of stairs (c.80 steps!) so could be tricky with small kids, albeit our 5 and 8 year old managed their one trip up a day (we were out a lot!). The sofa bed was a little tight for two adults, but perfectly manageable for the three nights. The shower cubicle is very tight, and the shower head is not wall mounted. This was the only downside for me, however we recognise the space constraints..

😊: The location is super nice. The appartment is close to the sea and to the city center, transport is not too far away. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is new and clean as well as the kitchen equipment.. 😢: The floor in the appartment needs some renovation, especially in the bathroom: the tiles where the toilet was places before are missing. There is also strange windows between the bedroom and kitchen and then straight on between the kitchen and the corridor to the stairs. So when you sleep and someone is going the corridor at night, the light turns on and you see it in you bedroom..
