😊: A perfect location and well equipped apartment in the Old town to explore and enjoy Nice. We enjoyed strolling the streets finding restaurants, exploring the markets, sights and visiting the beach. Access to transport and the rest of Nice was very easy.. 😢: Some noise as above restaurants and in amongst the action of the city centre may need to be considered. This didn’t bother us as we loved the atmosphere and everything close by..

😊: Location was perfect in the heart of the old town. The apartment was fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tv with access to apps to stream, and a little welcome pack on arrival.. 😢: The steps up to the apartment are very steep. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be done..

😊: Great location, clean and spacious apartment, good facilities. 😢: Although it was lovely to be nestled above the local shops, the 2 flights of marble stairs was very difficult with luggage..

Beautiful apartment<br>#128578; Location was superb. Apartment was a lovely mix of old and new. The pictures don't do it justice, as it looks really modern but it has lovely old features of the original building. Full of lots of mod cons which make the apartment a great stay. We have stayed in a few apartments in the old town now and this was by far the best. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has a towel warmer which was very handy. Washing machine worked well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher too.<br>#128577; While these are not negative points for us as we really enjoy the things that go with staying in the old town, it is possible that certain aspects might not be suitable for all. Such as: steep steps up to the apartment ( no lift), can be noisy outside in the morning. There are a number of bars and restaurants downstairs which can be quite noisy. Although, great for a nightcap.
