😊: We were traveling to France to celebrate my birthday. I was looking for a beautiful two bedroom apartment and chose this one. The building is located on a small narrow street, it was quite difficult to find it. The apartment is located on the top floor without an elevator with a narrow staircase. Continued in the section below…. 😢: We arrived in the evening, the next day we discovered that there was only enough hot water for one person to shower. I informed the owner about this and received an answer that the boiler was 100 liters and there should be enough hot water for 4 people, a day later he sent plumbers who assured that the boiler was in working order. However, on my birthday, the boiler finally broke down and we had to wash ourselves with icy cold water (beginning of April). Also, the boiler, which is located in the closet in the small bedroom, made loud noises when someone opened the water tap or flushed the toilet, this disturbed the person who was in this room from sleeping. We decided to move to another apartment, since it was important for us to be able to take a warm shower. While celebrating my birthday in a restaurant, I was looking for another apartment that we could move into the next day, my birthday was ruined. We informed the owner that we were leaving and asked for a refund for the remaining days and a partial refund for those days when we lived without hot water, since the service was not fully provided. The owner agreed to make a refund for the remaining days, but refused to give a partial refund for the days we lived in the apartment. To get a refund for the remaining days, we had to call booking.com support.

😊: L’appartement est bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Le salon est spacieux et confortable. L’appartement est situé au dernier étage, dans une ruelle au calme. Son emplacement est à très proche de Monaco à pied (Casino, Café de Paris).. 😢: Rien.
