😊: Clean and tidy. Close to town and easy access to beaches. Communication was good and responsive.. 😢: The downstairs resident slammed the communal and personal door very loudly multiple times every morning, waking us..

😊: Any issues were dealt with promptly. Electrical goods were a boon and worked well.. 😢: The stairs are steep. They are an issue fo r us and probably for older residents.
