😊: Nice location. 😢: Struggled to enter the building as the restaurant put tables outside the front door blocking keysafe and door access. This was on a daily basis. Apartment was poorly cleaned before we arrived. Sofa bed was broken so the accommodation was not suitable for 4 people to sleep in. A note was left by the owner for us to inform that the sofa bed was broken and filthy but on order. I had to message the owner a few times to get clean bedding because the made up bed was dirty and needed another bed as there was a spare z bed but we were still one bed short. The double bed was not very secure and all beds were extremely uncomfortable we barely slept the whole holiday. The owner met us the day after our arrival and brought the bed linen and bed but the situation had already ruined the beginning of our holiday so feeling grateful to him for bringing the bits didn’t factor. Some pillows were stained and not fit for purpose so we resorted to using a teddy and two inflatable beach pillows. Chairs in dining area were insecure. The other bedding and towels smelt awful but there were some new towels still with labels on in the bathroom which we used instead but they were straight out of the shop so not cleaned before we could use them. There was no second half of a curtain in the living area which is not ideal for privacy. Health and safety massive issue as exposed wires in the apartment. An electric scooter parked down in the hallway blocking fire exit and a fire hazard in itself. The freezer compartment door in the fridge wouldn’t close so was leaking water. The hallway stunk of sewage and the smell came into the apartment under the big gap under the apartment door. There was a cot and a crib in there which were not fit for purpose so luckily we didn’t need it..
