The property photos are acuurate. The locationbis beautiful ans the pool was a great bonus; however, we had a lot of issues that warranted my low rating. 1. The A/C did not work in both the main living space and the bedroom on the same side of the living space. We contacted the manager several times with the final reason being maybe it was turned off at the breaker. I just gave up after reaching out several times with hours of waiting for ineffective responses. If you need a unit with A/C...this is not it! 2. During checkin, the key was placed in a lockbox in a tree. It took some time finding this tree. We had to ask neighbors for help. The property access point isnt easy to find. Considering we got there at the beginning of checkin, I would recommend just meeting the guests. The lockbox is a great idea if guest are arriving afterhours, assuming they can find the lockbox. 3. Checkout was terrible. We were asked to leave the key back in the lockbox but you need the key to open the garage. Unfortunately, we locked ine key in the house, the garage closed on us so we were stuck inside the garage. We had to jump a fence to try to get out. My sister fell and hurt herself...it was just a complete crap show. I dont know if there was a better way but since we got absolutely no detailed instructions, we were just winging it. I did not enjoy my time at the property and if my stay was longer than 2 days, I would have just went to a hotel and requested a refund.
