😊: Nothing. 😢: Avoid at all costs, wouldn't recommend even if it was last place on earth, owner didn't pass on any details on how to get in and where to park, took money and deposit and left us stranded in the middle of the night, didn't respond to any calls, txt, emails or booking app msg from myself or booking.com. highly unprofessional. Only got automated MSG to tell me what time to leave and how to pay the deposit / fill paperwork and no human behind it..

😊: On the positive side, there is underground parking, the building itself is new and modern, the internet worked well, and the location is convenient with a grocery store nearby, a pharmacy across the street, and the RER D station about a 15-minute walk away. The host was responsive on the day of check-in, although getting clarity about the deposit refund took longer than expected.. 😢: The apartment looked nice in the photos, but unfortunately it didn’t feel very comfortable during our stay. It was dusty and not very clean, with a lot of unnecessary décor and even some personal items left in the closets. The lighting throughout the apartment was quite dim. The extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen were very loud, which made it hard to fall asleep, and the sofa bed was too short for an adult. Check-in was only possible after 4 PM, and check-out was required by 10 AM. The security deposit was €500, which seemed excessive, and it wasn’t returned immediately on departure but only afte 4 days. These issues really affected our overall impression of the apartment, even though they could be easily improved..

😢: The host was aware that the internet was not working but did not inform me that an alternative connection was available until I specifically asked about the issue the next day. Additionally, the deposit process upon check-in made me feel somewhat uneasy. After checking out, there was no clear written confirmation on when the deposit would be refunded. Despite reaching out three times on different days without receiving a response, I had to follow up multiple times. I contacted the Booking.com service center twice regarding this matter. The first time, I was advised to reach out again if the deposit was not returned by a certain date. However, even after several days had passed, the refund had still not been processed. It was only after my second report to the service center yesterday that the host finally confirmed the transfer. Overall, communication was slow, and responses were often delayed or absent when addressing important concerns..
