😊: We appreciated the location only because it was close to the relative we were visiting.. 😢: Misleading listing: The apartment was advertised as “new”, which is entirely inaccurate. We booked it expecting a clean and comfortable place, but the reality was the opposite. Noise disturbances: - Loud heavy‑metal music played day and night from another rented unit in the same house, windows wide open. We could hear it even with our windows closed. - The owner told us that a mason would come around 20:00–20:30 and that it would not make any noise. This was false: the work started after 21:00, with drilling/screwing noises at the beginning of the job, while our baby was already asleep. Light disturbance: The window sunshade had been disconnected by the owner, making it impossible to darken the room properly. Host attitude: When we mentioned that the shutter didn’t work, the host simply replied “vous n’avez qu’à tirer le rideau”. The curtain does not cover the full window and does not darken the room sufficiently at night. Given this reaction, we did not report the other issues. Cleaning issues: The apartment was poorly cleaned, and there were ants throughout the unit. Smell: Persistent humidity odor in the bedroom..

😊: Nice big place, in the nature. Very nice old couple as hosts, made us feel welcome and were available for any questions.. 😢: The place could use a light renovation. Lots of items were slowly falling apart in the apartment, and the garden could be trimmed, and in better and cleaner condition..

Excepcional<br>#128578; Nos sentíamos muy cómodos, la casa estaba muy bien limpia y había todo lo necesario.

Niché dans la nature, face aux montagnes de Pagnol, le gite est agréable, bien équipé et confortable. La présence de la piscine est un plus après une journée de rando... Accueil de David et Karin agréable, présence discrète mais attentive pendant le séjour. Départs de randos (Parking du Font de Mai à 2 kms) pour découvrir le massif du Garlaban et les garrigues de Pagnol. Aubagne et Marseille proches.
