😊: Great location. 😢: Nothing , I wouldn’t bother with a hire car as it’s only 2 euros from nice.

😊: Located directly on Rue Grande with its many art galleries, you feel like a local. The large kitchen offers many possibilities for cooking. Two bedrooms with large double beds offer good comfort.. 😢: The bright living room in the photos gives the impression that there is a skylight. Since this was not the case, it was quite dark in the flat..

😊: Comfortable apartment clean. 😢: Parking very difficult and expensive Bedding was incomplete. Despite contacting the agency immediately and then again the next day they only replied on our last day and then only to ask if I had had a good look !.

😊: Very nice located in the old village! I would come here again!.

Exceptional<br>#128578; The location inside the old town was fantastic, the apartment was large, had great facilities (full cooktop oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and in the hot weather the air conditioning worked really well.

Excellent location in the heart of St. Paul de Vence. Difficult to sleep in front bedroom with noise on Friday night until 2am Saturday morning due to DJ and loud music at neighboring restaurant. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
