😊: Great location. 😢: I travel to Macon quite frequently and therefore believe that I have some perspective on properties here. A rating of "exceptional 10" is not justified, regardless of the price charged. There's only 4 reviews and I would question how genuine some of them are... 1. This is not a 1 bedroom apartment, this is a sort of studio, there is no living/dining room, the way it's advertised is misleading. 2. There is no proper bed, it's a sofa bed in the living room and it's frankly uncomfortable. The mattress itself is less than 15cm thick. The pillows are pretty average quality. 3. Central heating takes for ages to start and in the winter this is frankly a problem. 4. There's no radiator in the bathroom, but the shower is fine and the water is hot. 5. Finally some parts of the studio are pretty run down, the paint is peeling off in parts of the bathroom, on the ceiling. To get an exceptional status, it'd have to be spotless, it's the details that count at that level. Overall it's good, the person in charge of managing the property is great, and will promptly respond to any query you might have. The location is great, but the property should not be rated as exceptional..
