Charmant appartement T3 centre historique de Dinan

The hotel was well situated, beautiful inside and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast.

We loved our two-room apartment in Dinan. It was conveniently located, comfortable and clean. We did laundry, we used the kitchen appliances, everything worked flawlessly. Katell was responsive and helpful, and pointed us to a great Créperie that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall this apartment is highly recommended!

Place was lovely and tastefully decorated. It had all that you needed including washer and drying rack. Its location allowed you to go down to the port or up to the top without the full climb. The stairs are 2 flights to get up but we managed with our suitcases. Don’t let the stairs put you off, it is worth it when you get into the apartment. The parking was always available in the little parking area. It helped that we had a compact car though. If you had an SUV, it might be a bit tight. Loved that the tv had chromecast so I could cast Amazon Prime and watch a show in English. At night it was very quiet. The place has windows on all sides that make it a very bright space. A gem!

This apartment has been a highlight of our trip around France. Not only was Dinan a wonderful surprise but the accommodation was superb. Beautifully decorated and presented with lots of lovely little personal touches, the whole place lacked nothing in the way of comfort. The stairs in the ancient building are a bit daunting but Jean Francois and his son Hugo were on hand to take our rather heavy cases up with good humour. Communication with Katell was instant and helpful. Both she and Hugo speak good English and we believe Hugo also speaks a couple of other languages. As so often when renting accommodation online, it is the owners who can really make or break the experience and the Kermarrecs were absolutely first class . Thankyou.
