😊: Unfortunately, nothing due to the situation.. 😢: This was an absolute nightmare and a complete scam. What was supposed to be a happy holiday in Paris and Disneyland for my son’s birthday turned into a stressful and upsetting experience. I booked this property in Bussy-Saint-Georges expecting a smooth check-in, but what I experienced was the exact opposite. When I arrived, I contacted the host to get instructions on how to enter. Instead of providing the details, they told me I had to pay a €500 deposit first “in case I damaged anything,” and only then would they give me the access information. This was never clearly stated beforehand, but since I was already there with my family, I felt pressured and paid it. After that, things only got worse. They told me that because I had indicated an arrival time of 11 PM, a technician would come very late to let us in. Then suddenly they tried to redirect us to a completely different property “next door,” which turned out to be a 15-minute drive away — and we didn’t even have a car. I explained that this was not acceptable and that I would stay and wait for access to the place I actually booked. From that point on, they kept making excuses about delays, avoiding giving a clear solution. Eventually, they canceled the booking altogether, leaving me, my husband, and our 4-year-old child stranded late at night with nowhere to stay. We were forced to search for alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was extremely stressful and nearly impossible at that hour. This experience was completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this property at all costs..
