Charmant gite avec sa terrasse privée et piscine

Lovely property - fantastic pool, wonderfully quiet surroundings and a beautiful part of France! The property has been thoughtfully developed and updated, and has everything you need, including air conditioning. Nora and Patrice are welcoming hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in southern France. The place was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We especially loved the peaceful natural surroundings and the many beautiful places to explore nearby. The interaction with our hosts was warm and welcoming—they were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We’d happily return and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil and well-located getaway.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of August. It was very hot, but the pool and air conditioning were perfect for keeping cool. The property was very well equipped, perfectly clean and some basics like coffee washing liquid etc were provided. The pool area was lovely, clean and well maintained, with sun beds umbrella and some mature tress provided some shade, but plenty of full sun if that’s your thing. Note that all 3 bedrooms have double beds as described. Good safe parking, space for hanging washing, lovely patio area with vines providing shade. Very good gas BBQ. The property/ village is properly out of the way with some stunning views from the garden area, sadly not from the windows. Wi-Fi was limited but we had a reasonable phone signal which was better for internet in general, the kids managed on Wi-Fi. Lots of local walks, very quiet lanes, great wildlife, village with Boulangerie just 2 miles away, also a couple of hotels with bars, and a convenient store. Local town was Barjac, beautiful, with local bars restaurants, small shops and a small ish supermarket, this was about 25 minutes drive, but a very pleasant drive. Close enough to tourist centre of Pont D’Arc, the Ardèche river and gorge, also the quieter Ceze river. Overall a fantastic place and local area, very few English tourists. Finally must mention Nora and Patrice, lovely friendly hosts very helpful, welcoming and unobtrusive.

Excellent séjour dans ce gîte mitoyen avec les propriétaires, affables et d'une très grande discrétion. On se sent comme chez soi, tant le gîte est bien équipé, la literie excellente. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, et l'environnement présente des airs de Toscane (oliviers, vignes, cyprès, nature sublimée par l'automne) ; depuis le hameau, nombreuses visites aux alentours, et sentiers de randonnée pour tous les goûts.

Lieu agréable, confortable, au calme. Les hôtes sont accueillants, une attention particulière est aussi réservée à l'arrivée. La maison, l'extérieur tout est bien agencé, décoré avec finesse. Que de bons moments partagés en famille dans un cadre propice à la détente. Un conseil, réservez !

We spent a wonderful and relaxing holidays during two really hot summer weeks in this amazing apartment. It offers everything you need and more for you and the family. It is very spacy, well and modern equipped and surprises with the most lovely decoration and accessoires. The pool provides a great refreshment and fun for the kids, and can be really necessary on hot days. Nevertheless, the air condition works perfect in the inside and guarantees a recovering sleep. The garden and surrounding landscape are so calm and represent the mediterrean atmosphere. Best of all are the owners Nora and Pat, who gave us a most warm welcome and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Strong recommendation for this lovely peace of earth, absolute appropriate for families.
