We have stayed at this property twice, lovely, clean,modern and a great host. The house is attached to the owners home which is surrounded by a lovely large garden. There is a double bed upstairs which is a mezzanine. Downstairs has everything you need plus a double sofa bed. We were there for 3 wks and loved being there. Close to Talmont and short drive to beach.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little property. It is peaceful, except unfortunately the neighbour chose to build a new drive, which took a week and a half to finish with diggers and lorries working all day. But, we were out everyday so it didn’t really matter too much. Everything in the Gite was spotless, we had everything we wanted. Not far from the beach.Veillon Plage is beautiful and has 3 bars If you are fit and heathy it is walkable or a cyclist I think would do it in half an hour. There are shops and supermarkets in Talmont. There is also the Castle which was once owned by Richard the Lionheart which overlooks the Village. We just loved sitting outside the bar which is opposite the castle and have a couple of drinks on an evening. There was only problem we love having a barbecue but the owner doesn’t allow them due to fire hazard. However, we will definitely be returning.
Superbe séjour, logement très accueillant et très bien équipé. Propriétaire très courtois, à l'écoute mais très discret. A recommander.

Arrivée avec une forte douleur dans le dos donc j'ai dû me reposer dans cet endroit absolument calme. Propriété proche mer (10km),puis deux grandes surfaces proches. Nous avons apprécié d'entrer notre voiture. Un grand merci au propriétaire nous y retournerons dès que possible ! la propreté même ! Super à bientôt Liliane et Gérard
Propriétaire très sympathique et discret. Dépendance d'une maison très bien aménagée, confortable et surtout très très calme. La literie excellente ce qui permet un formidable repos
Bien situé, au calme avec propriétaire très discret et respectueux des locataires. Gite très propre et bien équipé. Endroit approprié lorsqu'on veut garer sa voiture dans un endroit protégé. Nous renouvellerons avec plaisir ce séjour dans ce gite à l'occasion.
Le logement est très propre. Le propriétaire est très serviable et discret. Un séjour très agréable
