😊: After having a hectic week in Paris it was lovely to retreat to the peace and quiet of Normandy. Jessica and Arnoud were unbelievably welcoming and whenever we encountered them they always stopped for a chat. The property is in amazing gardens. If we'd packed our cozzies we would definitely have used the swimming pool. The property is so close to Bayeux and the beautiful beaches of Normandy.. 😢: The bells from the local church at 7am each morning!!! Nothing could be done about it - we got used to them in the end. The only downside to the property is the bathroom is down two sets of stairs which is interesting at night! Considering the space they had to work with they managed to pack in an amazing amount including a dishwasher..

😊: This place is perfect for a french countryside peaceful getaway. The location is very tranquil, situated in a small town not far from motorways and popular tourist attractions. The apartment provided has all the amenities needed for your stay, kitchen is well stocked with cooking and cleaning equipment. The beds and bathroom were also very comfy and clean. The host, Arnaud, is very helpful and friendly. The private tennis court, gardens and jacuzzi are a very unique feature with great value for money! Overall we wish we spent more nights at this property.. 😢: Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay. It is open from mid-May..

😊: Pretty gite in beautiful large grounds. Gorgeous community close to D-Day beaches and museums. Excellent attentive and friendly hosts. Relaxing Nordic bath for hire. SMART TV.. 😢: For a family of 3 we could have done with a larger or additional sofa..

😊: I came with a friend to tour the D-Day beaches and memorials. The location provided an excellent base, within easy reach of Bayeux and Caen and road networks.The Gite met all our needs - a very pleasant place to stay in attractive grounds in a quiet old village. Arnaud and Jessica made us feel very welcome and were readily available to answer any queries.. 😢: Nothing.
