Charmant Mas Provençal climatisé et calme avec piscine à 8mn à pied du centre

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was such a perfect location, the house was very well maintained, comfortable and very clean. As were the pool and garden. The owners are lovely people who are ready to help where possible!

This is lovely house in a lovely town. The house had everything we wanted from a rental property. It is worth noting that this is owners main house. As a result I think you respect their processions. St Remy is just a few minutes away, with all the small shops and cafes you could wish for. And there is a Intermarche supermarket just around the corner as well. We were there for the July 14th celebrations which was an experience.

St Remy is an interesting small town and an excellent base for exploring the region. We loved the house, with its excellent kitchen and wonderful comfortable sitting areas both inside and out. The garden is a delight- so well designed, with lighting available in the evening to add to the pleasure of eating on the terrace. The pool was so refreshing and we made the most of it. The walk into town takes less than 10 minutes, but you do not need to go into town for the excellent supermarket, boulangerie and wonderful fruit and vegetable shop which are only 5 minutes walk away. There were 2 negative points worth mentioning: because this house is lived in by the owners, many of the cupboards and wardrobes were locked, which meant that hanging spaces for clothes were very limited. Secondly, the wooden doors upstairs had warped in the heat, which meant that the lavatory door could not be closed. There is only one toilet upstairs, perhaps a disadvantage if there are 7 visitors. But these are minor quibbles: overall we thought this was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in.

We loved the house, gardens and pool. We spent most of our time outside. The garden is lovely, the pool wonderful. We ate out on the terrace every meal when we were at home. The kitchen is wonderful, large and has everything you could need. The lounge area is spacious and stylish. Only thing to note is that 2 of the bedrooms have the bed up a ladder, This didn't bother us but it might not suit everyone. Boulangerie and large supermarket a short walk away. It's an easy walk into the centre of St Remy - although we ended up driving in as it was hot and we had my mother with us who is in her 80s. There are numerous car parks to use (although a bit busy on market day). The week went too quickly. We would love to come back and stay again.

Great location close to St. Remy, secluded house with outside space to relax in and entertain and fabulous pool set in a designed garden. Recommend to stay.
