Charmant Mazet Provençal Semi Troglodyte, Boa Vista

Secluded and picturesque setting, and lovely apart This is one of a very secluded small group of houses in a tiny hameau/hamlet, at the end of a narrow lane. Remote but minutes away by car from two important wine vllages. We had a wonderful time with very few people around. There is another apartment above the property and the owners' sometimes used family home is nearby. During our visit it was very quiet and special: lovely views across wooded hillsides, part of the Dentelles, with birds and bats in evidence. You can walk from the door to great viewpoints. There is a superb balcony and a covered terrace where you can cook and eat. The indide has been tastefully furnished and was cool in hot weather. The cave element has been skilfully integrated, making it an imaginative, unusual interior. The area is of course brilliant for wine and hill top villages, and the fruit snd vegetables from local markets excellent. Access was easy and communication with owners good.
