Frustrating and disappointing!<br>#128578; The hosts provided us with alternative accommodation because the property we had booked was not available due to building works.<br>#128577; From the outset we were required to contact the owners in order to meet them on site to obtain the keys. After we had arrived at the property and called the owner to organise assess we were advised that the property was not available but they could provide us with accommodation at another property in Angouleme. This was acceptable but meant that we needed to hang around for a couple of hours until the alternative property was ready. We would much rather have been advised by the hosts, even 24 ...
