Charmant studio avec jardin

😊: Its a little paradise with its garden, it was quite hard to leave it in the morning and go for sightseeing :) The owner JL is kind and helpful.. 😢: It's 25 min walk from the Capitol and the center, with public transport 15-20 min, it was in heatwave a little inconvenient-but i knew when i booked it that its not the center..

😊: The garden is beautiful and has seating space. The apartment is well equipped and everything works. The shower temperature control is smooth. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Shops and restaurants nearby.. 😢: It was easy to get the keys but not at all easy to know how to use them and the keys didn't turn easily in one of the locks. until the owner appeared. On the map it is close to the station, but due to metro building works it is a long walk.

😊: The owner was friendly and kind even 10 months before my arrival, when I made reservation. Upon my arrival, he gave me detailed instructions on how to use devices in the kitchen, bathroom, and others, which was really helpful. During my stay, he sometimes asked me if everything was all right. The studio was located in the garden of his property, and it was quiet and safe, away from the street. His cat sometimes came into the studio and slept on the bed. Toulouse-Matabiau train station was just a 15-minute walk away. The buses no.39 bound for Place Jeanne-d'Arc stop one block away (Rue Arago). "Intermarché", the supermarket, was just around the corner..

😊: Had absolutely everything we could need stocked in. Gave us awesome recommendations. Beautiful place to stay jsut a short walk from the centre of town. Thank you Jean Louis!.
