😊: Convenient parking and comfortable apartment.. 😢: No hot water on the second morning when we were leaving..

😊: Secure parking. Quiet location with garden view. Clean.. 😢: We arrived in very hot temperatures 35° with no aircon. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The fan provided just blew very hot air around. It needs a cooling fan. We had no welcome information paperwork. ie; taxis, buses, restaurants, WiFi code. We contacted the owner but, very little help, a waste of time. The shower door doesn't close properly. Water over the floor was a slip hazard. Kitchen tap was loose and spinning round. Loads of small holes and tears in the white duvet cover. No ice tray. A one slice toaster! Chalky, tiny kettle..

😊: Excellent parking. 😢: Should perhaps have been clearer about cooking facilities available. Fair walk into town..

Zentrale und ruhige Wohnung, für...<br>#128578; Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur wenige Minuten bis ins Zentrum bzw. an die Kathedrale. Der private Parkplatz ist direkt im Hof, es gibt allerdings keinen Aufzug, um das Gepäck ins 2. OG zu bringen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das WLAN ist stabil und ausreichend schnell und auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man gut frühstücken. Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, das muss aber auch nicht sein. Functioneel en schoon.<br>#128578; Was nieuw. Parkeervoorziening was top. Rustige buurt. Half uur lopen naar kathedraal. Goed balkon.<br>#128577; Wifi code was onvindbaar. We hebben moeten bellen. Appartement was heel erg warm (direct onder het platte dak).

Un séjour très agréable.<br>#128578; Un studio clair et lumineux avec un balcon donnant sur de jolis jardins. Au vert et au calme tout en étant proche des arrêts de bus. À pied, on rejoint le centre historique de Bourges en 25 minutes. Le grand lit confortable et l’orientation nature données par les plantes vertes (réelles et représentées) favorisent détente et sérenité.<br>#128577; Les équipements pourraient être complétés, en ajoutant par exemple une passoire et une écumoire (c’est plus pratique quand on cuit des pâtes…), un grille-pain… Il y aurait la place dans les placards du coin-cuisine si on les vidait des objets, papiers et produits alimentaires qui en occupent une partie. Et pour tenir compte des séjours prolongés : une bassine et un étendoir pour la lessive.
