Charmant studio balcon idéalement placé

😊: The location, perfect for a concert in Les Arènes..

😊: Booked this place for location as going to see a band at the nearby arena. It was a short walk away which was great. While a bit dated, it was clean.. 😢: It is advertised as being with air conditioning, we arrived to find there was none, it was really hot and one small fan on a chair next to the bed. You had no choice but to have the window open but the balcony's were not secure from each other. The apartment block itself was also a bit tired, it felt like an old student accommodation block, with loads of apartments stacked in it so quite a lot of noise during the night..

😊: Everything was great and new. It's a comfortable and cosy apartment with everything you need for a weekly staying. It was warm and clean, with a good location, peaceful but close to everything. The only thing – it would be great to provide more clear instructions about keys location, we have done a few circles around until found out where they are. But in general it was a very good experience, thanks for your work 💜.
