Charmant studio Deauville, proche plage avec parking privé

😊: Secure parking. Location. 😢: Very small bedsit. Bed was a fold into the wall type which we were told NOT to fold up. Hard hard sharp protruding corners which were easy to hurt yourself on. Bed had only a duvet on ( in August) & we were told not to touch any other bedlinen. We took duvet out of cover & used the cover as a sheet. Electric blind could only come down when the windows were shut. As there was no air-conditioning. U either had dark & hot, or light with some ventilation with windows open. Cutlery & crockery not left clean by previous occupants. Pillows were more like 2 small sofa cushions. There was no hook for the shower head over the bath. The hallway & stairway leading to the room very scruffy dirty & tired. The local recycling Pont is on the otherside of the road from the one window, people seem to recycle glass day & night which is noisy with the windows open but can't be heard with windows & blind shut.

😊: The apartment is located in a nice building, with a garden. However the scaffolding and construction work going on deterred from the enjoyment of the garden! The proprietor was forthcoming and helpful.. 😢: The entrance door was too difficult to open. So was the door of the washing machine. The door of the freezer fell off, without using any force, and water started dripping into the fridge! The flush tank also stopped working without applying any force..
