😊: Is ok, but dirty,no service, disorganised. 😢: There were plenty of misunderstandings, but no mistake about delivering an apartment stinking of urine, with an urinated bed sofa, no pillow cases and no bedsheet till 8:30 pm. They did not clean the apartment then said I arrived earlier than arranged, 4 pm. When they arrived to give the bedsheets, late, I had already gone out to buy a disinfectant and a towel. The smell was unbearable and got worse by the hot temperatures and they think it is just normal to deliver the apartment in such conditions. Worse - they charge 300 deposit or 30 extra to check in. Which check in? Nobody ever cleaned it. A disgrace..
