Charmant studio sur la route du Mont-St-Michel

😊: Great communication, and very good English (which was appreciated). Free parking directly outside the door. Quiet area. Nice village. Easy drive to Mont St Michel. Great shower pressure and enough hot water. Large fridge with freezer section. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen had a new looking oven & hob etc.. 😢: Uncomfortable sofa. Tiny sink in bathroom which made it difficult to wash face & brush teeth with water going onto the floor; the fact that no towels/bathmat are provided (admittedly in line with the listing) made it even more difficult to contain the splashes. Lack of WiFi & TV (particularly with Euro 2024 final); we only found out as the match started. The host apologised and said there had been an issue however that had been for at least a week. A reviewer a week previously had said the same. It's worth bearing in mind that the stairs are steep and make it more difficult to go to the toilet during the night. Blackout blinds would be good (again understanding that they weren't mentioned on the current listing). We managed to sleep in spite of the (beautiful) clock ticking..

😊: We were by car on the route to Mt St Michel, then Cherbourg-Dublin ferry. It was great to find this place near Mt St Michel. We arrived late and only stay one night. We sent a message few minutes of our arrival, and the host was waiting for us at the parking place. Great to have the car next to the door entrance! All good at the apt. Kitchen and Bathroom refurbished. Comfortable bed upstairs.. 😢: At last minute we got a message from the host that they do not provide towels, unless paying an extra cost. Fortunately we got towels with us, but it was a bit surprise..
