Ile de re was beautiful...<br>#128578; The only good thing about this was the location of the apartment.<br>#128577; On the booking there was no information stating you had to pick the keys up from the outskirts of Ls Rochelle (not even the side closest to Ile de re). The management company were so incredibly rude and were not helpful in any way. The house smelt extremely musty and was very old. I did not feel the place was cleaned thoroughly. The shower was extremely small my partner was unable to stand up in it. I can only relate this stay to camping. The place looks nothing like the pictures. We did not see...

I do not know what we would've done ? but neither at the arrival nor the departure of the property, this was very difficult as there are no Taxis at La Rochelle due to the Road Layout so had to park our Car and we walked for miles, and it was the...<br>#128577; As we have stated above, The Holiday Apartment is just lovely, and we would like to return again , but the Customer service ? well to be honest, we did not have any ! and unless we have a rental with a proper Holiday Let Lady / Agent I would never use this agency again.
