Charmant T1 entre ville et lac avec balcon

😊: The property was clean, with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. plenty of items for the traveller, washing machine. ironing board and iron, kitchen utensils etc. excellent air conditioning system and nice little balcons, ( although could not use it in the heatwave of 40 degrees !!!. 😢: Sadly on leaving i put the keys back in the lockbox as agreed and scrambled the numbers, however when the cleaner arrived the box was open. Very embarrased to receive a photo via whats app but I had no idea how it happened, Thankfully we had told the owner our time of departure and the Cleaner was there soon after..

😊: Very good value for money, a clean, well equipped and modern apartment. Its central location in the town suited us perfectly. Great views from the balcony in a quiet neighbourhood.. 😢: Local street parking could be difficult at times..

😊: Excellent host, clear instructions, a wonderful balcony, and amazing fresh air and tranquility. Amazingly fragrant flowers near the balcony in September… it was a magical combination of Aix’s pure air and the delicate scent of these flowers. A very good experience!.

😊: Location to beach and shops was good Beautiful beach front by the lake Nice kitchen with table and chairs Lovely little balcony to sit out Shutters and air conditioning very welcome Washing machine and clothes airer was very useful. 😢: Apartment up a load of steps which for us with two bikes and kit for a week, was something I didn't take into account. Lack of parking at the address and street parking was not so good. Ended up parking several streets away most days. Water in the shower was temperamental... Going boiling hot at times and then freezing cold. We DID have a lovely holiday and the points above would have made the holiday perfect for us..
