😊: Small but comfortable studio, we slept very well. Included on site parking and close to Moulins centre so no need to use the car at all during our stay. Responsive host.. 😢: The shower bracket was fixed so not easy to use. The parking area was a bit tight for our large estate car. We had a bit of a problem finding the key as the pictures sent by the host weren't forwarded by booking.com - technical issue - we still found our way in by searching around..

😊: Very clean, quiet, new appliances, location 20 minutes walk to centre, parking in private area, lift.. 😢: Photos to locate keybox only sent when host contacted on arrival. The idea of only one 'large' shower towel for 2 people being acceptable is strange. Must you fight with partner who gets to use it first? Lack of a grab handle to get in- out the bath to use the shower is disconcerting for older less agile people. Lack of hot water late evening..

😊: Close to the town, easy free parking.. 😢: We had difficulty locating the keys due to not having wifi prior to arrival. Instructions were transmitted on email and whatsapp. When contacting the host she only spoke French, so transmitting information was difficult. It would be better for everyone with or without wifi if entry details were sent by SMS. Overpowering smell of stale rubbish on the landind outside the apartment. Once inside the apartment the instructions on how to load wifi were extremely short and confusing. Only 1 large bath towel and 2 small hand towels were supplied for 2 adults. Too much attention to hi-tech equipment, and VERY sparse hands-on information on the house or city of Moulins, ideally bilingually. We were required by the owner to strip the bed sheets before leaving, even though the bed was not made when we arrived - This should not be up to us to do..
