Charmant T2 avec extérieur Villa Deganne

😊: The apartment has good functioning kitchen. Shower had good pressure. Had a front lawn to dry laundry. Good secure parking. Lovely neighbours. 😢: No vents in the shower or toilet, making the whole space humid. Humidity and the heat in June makes it difficult to sleep, although the little cooler did help. 30€ for 1 set of double bedsheet and towels paid on site felt pretty steep. But when the host asked for 60€ for two sets so we could use the sofa bed it just felt extortionate. I appreciate that Booking.com does not allow hosts to write their own description, but still it will be a nasty surprise for many travellers. Finally, sofa bed is close to the fridge that makes a periodic digging noise, and next to the front door that has censor lights that were going off frequently in the early night. House rules apply, incl. clearing dish washer, stripping sheets, clear out all bins etc. Items checked at checkout and notice sign said failure could be charged, which again adds to the bad sense we got from the host..

😊: Nice comfortable apartment, fully equipped. Carole was very friendly, met us and provided all information we needed.. 😢: 30 euros charge for bed sheets and towels.

😊: The apts have literally everything you could possibly need. Everything is thoughtfully designed with care for the guests. There is a small area in front of the house to put a towel dryer, and a table and chairs to sit outside.. 😢: It's a little far from the beach. It takes at least half an hour to walk to the beach..

😊: Beautiful inside new and everything you need available. 😢: Nothing.
