😊: Very welcoming, clean and modernised. Handy location.. 😢: Not suitable for people with mobility issues on second floor with spiral staircase. Free parking became unavailable due to public event but plenty of paid parking nearby..

😊: This apartment is in a great location in Angers but it really needs some TLC.. 😢: The bathroom needs attention and neither the sofa bed or bed are comfortable. No AC and only one fan provided which made it extremely difficult to sleep. If these issues were addressed, I’d mark it higher..
