😊: The property is very well situated on a residential street with a gated driveway, about 10 minutes walk to a bakery and local shops, and another 10 minutes to the beach. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it was great to have the utility room with washer/dryer, and a secure room to keep bikes.. 😢: The shower in the house bathroom is fixed at a low height so you can't stand underneath it, because of the sloping ceiling, but there is a second full size shower cubicle in the utility room at the rear of the property, if you're really struggling. The oven has a pull out drawer which we found quite difficult to use but the induction hob works fine and there is a microwave as well..
