Charmante maison avec piscine

😊: The Il de Re was charming and we were able to store the bikes we hired safely in the garden. The pool was a good temperature. In all we had a lovely time but a few things were annoying. 😢: It wasn’t until after I booked that I discovered you had to pay extra for bedding and a cleaning fee. The Novasol site stated that all duvets would be single so I took single covers - this was not the case ( in fact we didn’t need the duvets at all.) Quite a bit of the crockery and glasses had not been cleaned properly- the dishwasher filter was dirty which is why residue was on the items, I cleaned it myself but the dishwasher still didn’t function well. Some lights didn’t work. The BBQ had not been emptied despite it being something we were ‘expected to do’ ( we didn’t use it). It was very hot , we kept the shutters closed , it would have been helpful to have had a couple of fans provided. It was however a good base for our stay I DO NOT want this review published , it is purely feedback for the owners as I can’t see any other way ( I did leave a note at the property).
